When is Check In? When can I enter my room?
We inform you that the rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. However, if you tell us your arrival time, we will do our best to ensure that you can enjoy your room as soon as possible.
We take this opportunity to inform you that the hotel has a free porter service, so you can leave your luggage and enjoy the hotel's facilities and services as soon as you arrive.
What is the time of departure / check out of the rooms?
The room must be vacated at 12 noon. However, you can continue to enjoy the services and facilities throughout the day.
If you want to enjoy a few more hours of your vacation, ask at reception for the Late Check Out service and relax with us until the last moment.
Do you have parking available? Is free?
The hotel has paid parking available for its guests. Parking is subject to availability on arrival. Please ask for the price at reception.
Are bachelor parties/ celebrations allowed?
The hotel does not admit groups of farewells or celebrations
Are cots available?
Yes, at the hotel we have cots available for our youngest guests. Do not forget to reserve your crib for free at the time of making your reservation (subject to availability).
Do you have chairs for children in the dining room?
Yes, the hotel has highchairs for our youngest guests (Service subject to availability).
Does the hotel have a gym? What is the schedule?
The Primavera Park has a free gym for the exclusive use of its clients. The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
What are the pool hours? Is it open all year round?
Our Oasis pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. throughout the year. Ask at reception about the activities and shows that will take place during your stay at the Oasis.
What are the hours of the pool / rooftop terrace?
Our Rooftop pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Selvatico bar hours are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 00:00 p.m.
Ask at reception about the activities and shows that will take place during your stay at the Jungle Rooftop area.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
We inform you that our rooms have daily cleaning service.
I am allergic / intolerant to gluten (celiac). Do you have gluten-free foods?
Please tell us about your gluten allergy when making your reservation, so that we can prepare a gluten-free menu and have special foods so that you can enjoy your holidays with us.
Can I request cold lunch / dinner if I arrive later from the restaurant service?
You can request this service if your arrival is up to 1 hour later than the restaurant service. In order for us to provide you with such service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of such service.
Can I request a picnic?
You must request this service at least 24 hours in advance at reception before 7:00 p.m.
Do you have scooter service? Scooter parking?
Yes, from our reception we can help you rent the scooter that suits you best, single or two-seater and choose the delivery date. Both services are a supplement to your reservation.
Do you have taxi / airport transfer service?
Yes, from our reception we can help you request the taxi or means of transport that most interests you to get to the airport or any other destination. These services are a supplement to the cost of your reservation.
Do you have luggage / luggage service?
Yes, the hotel has a porter service, where you can leave your belongings until your room is ready on the day of arrival or until you leave on the day of departure.
How can I make the reservation payment?
Due to the new Spanish regulations, operations with an amount equal to or greater than €1,000 cannot be paid in cash. The hotel accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards, for payments with foreign currency, the payment will be made with the currency of the place of origin.
